Since January 2008 she has held the position of Manager of Business and Personnel Development, in charge of new products, processes and human resources of KI Teknology. She was Director on GECHS (Chilean Software Chamber) and SPIN (Software Process Improvement Network).
After the merger Andres took charge of Finance and Administration and the company hosting business. In January 2009 Andres left his executive position in KI Teknology but remains an active participant as a member of the Board of Directors.
He was Head of Credit Analysis on Banco de Chile and Standardization Manager at Banco Edwards and CEO on Banco Internacional during 15 years. Since January 2008 is the Advisory Board of KI Teknology brings years of experience in the financial industry and an excellent understanding of business development.
Since January 2008 he has held the position of General Manager of KI Teknology and also leads the "near shore" projects and M&A activities. In 2007 Carlos joined the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce and took charge of its Offshoring Subcommittee.
Since 1999 she has held the position of Marketing and Sells Manager. Monica has a degree in journalism from the Universidad Diego Portales, and has worked as an Information Architect and Consultant on Web Projects advising and administering the construction of more than 200 Web sites.
Edwin is holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Chile (1995), as well as an MS in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2000). He has taught at both Universities in the areas of Digital Information.
